Mehmet SAYLAM started his commercial life in 1966 with the sale of spare parts for tractors and agricultural machines under the name of "OTO SAYLAM" in Kaman district of Kırşehir.
In 1974, it continued retail sales of spare parts of Tofaş branded vehicles under the name of "SAYPAR TİCARET" in the Ankara large industrial area
In 1976, it continued retail sales of spare parts of IVECO – FIAT heavy duty vehicles under the name of "SAYLAM MOTORLU VASITALAR TİCARET LTD" in Ankara İskitler.

MESAY, which has been the sole authorized dealer in the VOLVO, SCANIA, DAF, RVI and IVECO groups of the CEI brand since 2003, became the sole authorized dealer of CEI in all vehicle groups by acquiring the ZF, MERCEDES-BENZ and MAN groups in 2018.
